I actually got an automated response about the o-ring hold up so I didn't bother emailing them. I will send them a follow-up email and express my disappointment with their new shipping once my items finally arrive.
Its more than the shipping though. It's also the fact they no longer split orders even when parts take an extended time and they have items listed as "ships in 24 hrs/1-2 days" that take a lot longer. Used to be 24 hrs meant 24 hrs to them. Finally, the 2 advertising emails a day don't help either.
