This 30 minute or so presentation plus Q&A was just posted today. It is a presentation by NEVS VP Mattias Bergman at the 2013 Saab Festival last week in Trollhattan. It covers in broad strokes what they have been up to the last nine months...and explains why they have not been publishing lots of press releases (like we might all want to hear).
They are close to completing the agreements with 500+ suppliers so they can restart production on the 9-3 this fall while they continue plans for their first EV in 2014. They have not wanted to say much until they had all the "ducks in a row"...and are still not giving a lot of specifics as to price, markets, etc., but he did say that they will be making turbo ICE cars and EVs and they realize they will likely sell more ICE cars at first, with EVs rising as a percentage of their overall sales over time.
I had been somewhat skeptical if they would ever build something I might be interested in...but after hearing this presentation, I am more hopeful than I had been.
