The weather forecast for today was to be pleasant. Partly cloudy, temps in the low 60's, and no rain. Obviously one Miata convertible owner believed the report a bit too passionately and left his folding top or hardtop at home today.
Weather tonight was steady drizzle to light rain. Temps only in the low 50's. I spotted this poor soul on the expressway tonight getting soaked by the falling rain and the spray off the tires of each passing semi.
