Jeremy raised all the important things to consider - diameter (which affects indicated speed), rim width, and clearance. A 205/60-15 would match the 5.5 - 7 inch rim width the stock size calls for, be about 10mm wider, and at an indicated 65 mph you'd actually be driving about 64.25 mph. A 215/60-15 would call for a 6 - 7 inch wide rim, be about 20 mm wider, and at indicated 65 mph you'd actually be driving about 65.5 mph. See https://tiresize.com/tiresizes/195-65R15.htm
