You must first get an accurate price for first quality repairs.
That done, you must find out who she is and send her a polite letter (keep a copy), demanding payment in that amount. You may want to include a small premium to cover your expenses and time in obtaining the estimate but don't get all crazy here.
If you make your letter "without prejudice" it sounds scary but what it really means is that you don't intend to use the letter in small claims court. If you make your letter w/o that wording, then this is evidence that you have made your demand for payment, normally a requirement in court before the court will accept jurisdiction.
You want to give her a couple of weeks to a month to pay up. Failing payment, begin your small claims court action. She'll probably pay after the letter. If you need help phrasing the letter, I'll be glad to assist.
You have sufficient evidence. In civil court, your burden of proof is "on a balance of probabilities" not "beyond reasonable doubt. Best evidence you can get is always helpful but just going on your evidence here, IMO you have enough.
