I haven't had any connection problems but the quality of the reps is so inconsistent. Last Monday, I was on a the interstate in Newark and there was an accident on a bridge. I got off and the rep was terrific. There was so much traffic that I couldn't make some of the turns. She stayed with me the entire time giving me new directions. Twenty minutes later, I was reconnected to the interstate. However, on the way home, I missed the ramp to the NJ Turnpike. The rep couldn't find the Turnpike. I told her to try I95 and she said she could only find an entrance 12 miles south (I need to go north). Finally she gets some help and send me on the way to an entrance going north, except she has me traveling in the wrong direction to find it. I was stationary for 20 minutes only to be sent in the wrong direction! That's when I wished I had gotten an Acura with their DVD navigation system.
