I didn't know that the wagon was spec'd lower than the sedan. In fact, I didn't even know that the local Subaru dealer even had any WRXs (or that they were making a wagon), until we accidentally drove by the Suby dealer. I agree that the Saab will likely last much longer; the WRX really has some corners that were cut. However, they have a 3 year bumper-to-bumper warranty and a 5 year warranty on the powertrain and rust. Of course, the powertrain probably doesn't cover clutches, so a manual might be in order!
