Lemon? PLEASE HELP

Okay, here's the deal. Way back in December, I bought a used '92 9000T from the local dealership here in Cincinnati, OH. One month later, in Houston where I go to school, a gromet fell out of the intake bushing and the car had to be towed to the dealership there. Since then, the car has not idled right and stalls on a cold start-up and has suffered a loss in power and torque. I have had it to the dealership in Houston, an indie in Houston, and the dealership in Cincinnati. I also did a complete head job at home, changing the gaskets and having the head planed and the valve springs and guides replaced. Despite having put $2500 in it since I bought the car at Bluebook, the car STILL WON'T WORK RIGHT!!! The dealership I bought it from has been less than helpful from everyone but the service department, who continue to work on it without charge until they figure out what is wrong with it. But despite being in their garage unfixed for the month of July, Just Saab claims that they have no responsibility to help me and could pretty much care less what happens. What can I do??? My family has bought or leased five cars from this dealership and my brother used to work for them. Do I have to resign myself to getting the shaft and forever owning a car that won't work right? Someone help me!!!
