Seriously,
If you mess up your timing at all leaving my parents house (suburb of Chicago) you will get stuck behind the local high school bus. I was under the impression that highschoolers could make their own way to school but I guess that's to much to ask. Not only does the bus stop often it will also stop within 50 yards of its last stop to pick up kids that refuse to wait at one stop. I'm not exagerating the school kids will wait in groups about 50 feet from each other and the bus will stop at each group. Funny thing is my parents house is less than a 1/2 mile from the school, easily walkable in my opinion regardless of weather.
