after living in Europe I came to love the 156. now back in the US I hope the bring it here...the 156 sportwagon would make me think of owning a wagon even. The sedan (what they call a saloon) is designed to look like a coupe. Notice how the rear door handle is hidden into the door pilar so only the chrome front door handle is visible, giving it a 2 door look with 4 door convenience....so italian

And one of the best features of an alfa you cannot see, but the sound of that engine is beautiful

for those not familiar of alfas since their departure from the US...check it out. And to the sceptics, Alfa has turned around on reliability, uses all Bosch electronics and has won Car of the Year in the picky European press.

If only they made a convertible version of the 156 (the spyder is beautiful, but I need a back seat which is why i own a saab)
