Unless you plan to drive a whole lot of miles, and put the engine under severe stress (such as towing a heavy trailer), it is unlikely you will see much difference. If after many years, you see a difference, you can then have hardened valve seats installed---
Hey, the Germans had lead-free gas when I was stationed there back in the late 1950s;--Aral Bleifree.
AMSOIL Octane Booster serves as a lead substitute, and also provides 4 to 5 point octane increase. Not inexpensive at a bottle for 15 gallons and suggested retail of $8.35, but maybe less than the super high octane gas.
