No Saabs in Canada's Atlantic Provinces??

Just recently took a trip from central Maine through New Brunswick, to the tip of Cape Breton, to Halifax and then to Yarmouth to catch the ferry back home (over 1,400 miles in Canada alone). Surprisingly, I did not see a single Saab of any type until the 7th and final day. One was an old 900 rotting by the road for sale, another old one in a gas station and then I saw a couple 900NG or 9-3 pass me and it looked like they were from the states coming from the ferry. Before I took the trip, I looked up the Saab dealers in case I had a problem and it looked like only one in Halifax, but walking and driving the streets there for two days produced no sightings.
Other interesting observations was that I saw only a total of 5 police cars the entire time! And, the fact that I had to drive literally 2 hours one morning until I found a place selling coffee. Talk about remote, but some of the most beautiful country you will ever see.
