Shouldn't be a problem. I've used it in door locks for years and it has never frozen, even at -30 in Lake Placid. It's light enough and has other stuff in it besides the oil so it doesn't seem to freeze up or lose much lube value. Mostly it seems to slick locks up so moisture can't adhere.
But as a post here a month or so back noted, try liquid graphite for locks. Get it at a good hardware store/hoime center. Doesn't gum anything up. The Sailing lube noted in another post is probably fine too.
