Also consider a Taurus, but the Honda/Camry is a good choice if you are comfortable in them. I find they have lousy seats, but that's me. A long ride needs decent seats, one of the reasons I like the Taurus. Plus they do OK in an accident.
The idea of a Saturn is good, too if you find them comfortable.
But other posters are right about commuting in an econo-box. Gets old fast.
