You seem to consistently look for wagon/crossover type vehicle. How does IS250 AWD make your list?
It couldn't be more different. Very little room inside, especially in the back. Tiny trunk. Pretty noisy -- far noisier than a E46 BMW (let alone E90/E91). Rough ride. It is basically a 3-series copy and not a very good one.
If you want power, luxury and lots of room, the upcoming Maxima may be the car for you. Did you know that Maxima has the roomiest front seat area of any vehicle in North America?
I think you will have trouble finding that special "euro" feel if you go with any non-European make.
If you want fun, there is always Mini Cooper (or the upcoming Clubman) :-))
