I've seen a few in person on the road... and yeah they look better in person, but not much. I still find a lot about the rear (or at least the transition to it) ungainly. That said, it sounds like most on this board, (including myself), don't have the cash or attitude that your employers do. Yeah, there might be "better" equivalent cars, some for less, but they don't have the cache or exclusivity of a Porsche... so there is much more than a dollars/sense equation.

If you are worried about reliability, which do you think will happen first, you employer getting tired of of it or the warranty ending? The car is a few years old, so if there were any real problems, hopefully they have been fixed by now.

You can always try speaking to someone in the Porsche dealer service department... if you explain to them that you are researching the car for your employer (i.e. approaching them more as an equal) they may be more willing to open up, at least about what you really need to keep up on or look out for.

I think they are suppose to come out with some hybrid models, so if they do with the Panamera that could be interesting.
