If you're going to run bigger injectors there isn't basically a need to run any another FPR than stock. Of corse it depends on what injectors you get, but greens should be plenty for you HW speck with 3.0bar.
What comes to the MAP-sensor you need to get that changed to a 3.0bar version if you contenue to run your car with the stated MAP levels. That mapping wont be to good with the std 2.5bar map sensor, due to the fact that this sensor will bottom out, ie. resolution is very poor.
For instace summit racing sells this 3.0bar sensor to resonable cost.
I dont see a connection between altitude and A/F what would cause this big of a difference. Besides the manifold pressure one should be interested in our post IC temps, to determine the O2. During a short dyno run I doubt there is much change in the value. Also the VE will be some what lower... The T5 will calculate fuel based on MAP, manifold temp and VE after that it is up to the mapping how well it keeps up with changes.
