Since you put so much work into it, it seems that you are entitled to recieve compensation for the labor costs and the cost of parts. That may allow you to put the opening bid pretty high.
Or maybe take off all your parts (engine, trans, etc) so no one else will want the car.
There are some legal issues here, so you may be limited to what you can do. Hope it works out for you...
