Torque steer is the result of the suspension be unable to maintain its toe setting under load. A rear sway bar has no influence on this at all. It will how ever help reduce the understeer inherent in ng900 (playing with rear camber can help too, the car has a visible amount of rear neg camber from the factory...)
When Mikey says most torque steer is a result of camber steer, he means road camber or the cars tendency to follow the pitch of the road.
The 9000 is much less susceptable, but make sure that all of your suspension bushings are in good shape, that means balls joints, tie rods (inner and outer), strut mounts and rear control arm bushings.
Also check to make sure that the sleeves on the front of the control arms aren't cracked and allowing for play. You can replace the front control arm bushings too...but that requires a press...if you really want Nik from Genuinesaab can probably get you the poly front control arm bushings too...
You can get the front-rear bushings ready to bolt on from eeuroparts. They are a huge improvement over your old worn out ones, but even going to stock from old ones will make a nice improvement.
