There are some shows that are info mercials.... There are also some shows that tell some secrets to better painting, installation and so on... I watch these shows with some grain of salt... Some good advise, some not so good, but there are some cool cars and bikes and there is also some good information on these shows... Now I cannot watch Paul and little Paul yell at each other for an hour, but chop, cut, rebuild, Pinks aaaa maybe, then the tuner transformation show is ok....Tuner challenge was kind of cool too Volkswagen vs. Chevy Cobalt VS. Skyline... Got that 2.5 liter up to 800hp with twin turbos, talked about the importance of good airflow and angles of the pipes and so on... I still like road-ralley racing better than Nascar...
