I too have heard if you are going to do it, you need to do both the inside and the outside for it to work well. As the other guy stated, doing the outside alone is a waste of time. Helping to keep intake and under-hood temps down is helpful, but you need to consider how and what you want out of your car. If you are trying to get some more performance and are on it a lot, it may be worth it. IF you seldom run it hard and just want an occasional bust of speed, probably not worth it... IF future mods are in order, its worth doing too.... My 2 Cents,
