The car: Had it for ~2 months or so, pretty much a stock spg. Now Running a 56mm inducer To4E with a .63a/r 2.25" turbine. I havn't explored the setup at all since I'm having this strange accel enrichment issue. I'm wanting to make a safe 300hp (top end power) so hopefully the turbo is big enough to push the power curve to 3500-6500.
As far as the o2 sensor, I'm using the Innovate Wideband LC-1, and sending one of the analog outputs to the stock computer programmed to read the same voltage range as the stock NB, and the other is being sent to my gauge, which i'm getting the readings from. The sensor is good.
As far as vacuum lines......the only thing different is I put a 1-way check valve on the boost solenoid's bleed off line, so it's not going back into the intake pipe like stock. I also ran the crankcase recirc. to a plastic bottle, since i didn't have a way to run it back into the intake pipe.
Does this sound like i just have a bad seal between the turbo and the MAF? I can't wait to just throw the map based setup on(megasquirt), so i can fully tune this thing. I'm 360 miles from my home on an internship, so all I was able to do was the turbo swap which isn't somethin that could leave me stranded like a failed MS install.
P.S. I've been to your site jak, looks like you've done some fun stuff with your Saabs. Would be nice to have the know-how to tune the stock LH like you're doin. I've just turbocharged BMW's exclusively in the past....So examining these factory setups is fun, and makes you wonder why so many comprimizes were made.....
