Shaun,
What a bummer, and I'm glad that you responded here. Yea I know the feeling. I should be getting back my saab from my mechanic that soaked me for $4700 to install and then try to refix a copper head gasket when it leaked. They aren't changing me, which is good, but I have been leaking funky stuff all over the place.
Humm interesting Carl told me to use the SA-6000 grind. Different then what you stated. I'd like to see the lift numbers if you could either fax them or email them to me. Also would you have the number for a stock cam just to compare them. I just want to compare them to see if I'll be not getting what I want. I just want a camshaft that gives my 89 Turbo alittle more umph but not to idle like my 65 mustang. I call it the kidney shaker with a max lift of 530'. Can I also order the cams from Reeds and get what you did. I don't plan on winding my engine past 6k, but should I get the Heavy Duty springs? And can you change the springs with the head on the car if I need them?
Thanks,
Bill in Denver
