What manufacturer is the aluminum flywheel by? The Fadanza ones that I'm familiar with have to be re-surfaced out of the box and especially when the "steel flywheel insert" is replaced. Also Brad and I have had better luck with the AP style pressure plates than the Sachs however the Center Force 9" 900T and early 9000T pressure plates are originally Sachs which Brad and I have also had good luck with. Anyway I've had no problems with the AP 9" 9000T (9000T version) clutch set up to 300 HP in heavier cars than yours so I would have to believe that it's an uneven friction surface causing your problems.
