hello there,
I must say ATE Premium One rotors are the way to go!
On tirerack.com, they are $60 each for the front, $30 each for the rear...
they come coated in a zinc like material, won't be subject to rust anytime soon after they are installed...
and they have a beautiful groove pattern in the disc, with all the benfits of slotted rotors as far as gas escape and heat exchange, however, if you view the video on the ate website, you can see how this unique pattern cleans the pad evenly, and causes the pad to wear evenly, and the rotor too.
since the "sharp edge" of the groove never comes at full perpendicular contact with the edge of your pads... it doesn't strip them down as fast or hard as a normal slotted rotor, a good thing indeed.
it looks cool too!
CHeck them out, tirerack.com. they were on special order for the fronts, but they should have them in soon. i already ordered mine. Others have praised these rotors on this bb who have used them...
