I have SQR Stage 4 an dalso had it done at Automotion. I dynoed 254 Hp and 356 ft-lbs of tourque at the 2005 SOC.

I also have the Swedish Dynamics 2.5" SS exhaust. Perfect fit and no ill effect on performance. Not sure 3" would get me better than 254 Hp. The exhaust tip fits the Aero bumper nicely too!

I have the 3" Dp which helped with spool up.

If you get stage 4, be prepared for clutch slippage. I upgraded to a Sachs 600 Nm racing pressure plate with all other OEM clutch parts. Problem solved. Now the tires spin.

Front strut brace from Genuine Saab helps slightly. Mostly on turn in.

Poly sway bar bushings helps.

Changeing one of the two ruber upper moter mounts with poly helps. Keep the other OEM.

I had the poly transmission mount in my car for 18 months. Way too much vibration. Felt through steering wheel, shifter and seats. Get worse when AC is turned on. I installed a new OEM trans mount but filled in the gaps with silicone HVT. Let it cure for a week and then installed it. Same shifting benifits as poly but without the vibrations.

I have always wanted to do the limiter mod to the lower rear engine mount by using radiator hose as described by Mr. Towsend, but have not yet.

I am planning on Bilsten HD shocks and struts next. Still searching for the perfect springs though.

PS: Sachs Racing pressure plate is $600 but worth it. Drives like stock.
