In addition to the Ford assembly, there are three other options:
http://www.40bob.com can weld a 3-inch elbow directly onto your T3's wastegate cover; costs about $100. This solution is geared more toward a DIY'er. Popular with the Ford 2.3L and Volvo crowd.
APT Turbo makes a similar part that is more refined, and costs about $70 more:

Ford and Volvo guys have been buying these.
If you are in the U.K., a Cosworth exh. housing with integrated wastegate has a much better wastegate design than T3s Saab used on c900s. You want the smaller of two sizes available. (If you are familiar with Saab's T25 turbos, the Cosworth T3 turbine housing looks the same, except the outlet and wastegate are both much bigger.) It's bolt-on but you'd need to fab an exhaust to fit. This same housing was used on some Lotus Esprit Turbos, too. Tough to find in the U.S. Incidentally, according to an acquaintance who owns a Merkur and has tried both, he like this solution more than the Ford swing-gate part he had on before. But, again, tough to find these Cossie parts.
