The MBC+A [with anticipator] eliminate those boost overshoots by applying a regulated pressure preload to the WGA as boost increases to allow it to responded much faster when the MBC starts to flow. This has been used on the 9000 engines, but I don't think that there is a kit as with the NG900/9-3 T5 engines. Jeff may be able to describe 9000 fitting issues.
The elimination of the boost overshoot allows you to reduce the overshoot allowance and set the MBC to a higher boost level.
Jeff in Atlanta was making these, I don't know current status.
