double check the ECU numbers, they should work fine if all are LH2.4.(except EGR)
I have put my 89T ECU into my 89S and vise versa for experimental purposes and both ran as if the original ECU was installed. Only thing I would say is make for certain your wastegate is in good shape and hose is clamped on tight. If you boost up tooo much then..... well Im sure you know! Using the N/A ECU may not be calibrated at all for "positive manifold pressures" and may just run lean....then again may be just fine for such low boost. Good Luck!
