For what it's worth, I have used Red Line MTL in my Viggen's transmission since I purchased it 50,000 miles ago (both pre- and post-Quaife LSD) and have had no problems whatsoever. That said, I can't speak to the merits (or lack thereof) of Saab's MTF 0063.
I also tried Red Line Lightweight Shockproof Gear Oil but this was a definite mistake as the shifting became quite notchy.
