Custom Hubcentric Rings?

Guys,
I've been experiencing a lot of vibration since putting on new wheels on my Viggen and I need to make custom rings. Here is the issue however:
Stock center bore: 65.1
Wheel center bore: 66.5
With such a small difference, I have not been able to find a company that will make one. Prestige and Motorsport said it's too small for them.
Anyone know of any other places???
Thank you
