Past my skill level... hopefully one of the other guys with a real clue will chime in.

I would suggest the usual checks like making sure the vacuum lines are all in place. If they have not been replaced for 50K or so miles they are probably stiff and have possibly fallen off. But, beyond that you need someone who knows diagnostics on these better.
