I'm in a B234, so no sludge problems, so you might take this with a grain of salt. I used the previous (series 3000) 0w30, and have switched to the signature 10w30, which wasn't available back then. My main reason for the switch was that it's a bit more durable, lower evaporative loss and whatnot.
What kind of temps are you seeing in the summer? In general, I would say yes, there's no problem using that oil year round. I would use one of the signature line over the euro oil any day of the week, simply better quality oil.
