After market wheels wearing inner tie rods?

I have 18" ADR Interspeed wheels. You can see the link below. I have mixed feelings on how they look. I got them as the price was right. Brand new with new tires for about $650.

One issue I am having now is I seems to be wearing out the inner tie rods on the rack and pinion. I think this might be due to the weight of these wheels.I think I got about 42lb when I weighed one. Thats brand new rubber etc. This seems a lot higher than a stock wheel. Anyone know the weight of a stock saab 17" wheel with a tire?

I put in a good used one about a year ago and now its back to the same deal. loose. Its the 2n one I put in.
