Chaz,
Looks like we're both looking into this project at the same time! To me it seems that no one has really grasped what we are looking to do. The stock sway bar is welded onto a metal "arm" (for lack of a better term), which is in turn bolted in two places to the suspension. There is plenty of room both on the bar and underneath the car to just weld a second bar into place. It will not interfere with anything. We are not trying to install two "arms" but rather cut a second stock bar from it's "arm" and weld it directly onto the existing "arm".
Let me know if this is what you were thinking of as well. If you get a chance to look under your car... there should be plenty of room to weld the second bar just forward of the stocker.
I think to many people are not willing to experiment when you can just buy something. Why buy when you can do it for free? We will be the pioneers of double swaybars... and yes I do have some experience as my dad has been working on 900's for 20+ years, and said this was a legitimate idea.
Let me know,
Mike
