Just for comparison, I have dynoed my car with three different set-up's until this date. Fourth run is comming soon.

1. run SP/BSR ECU stage I

http://195.237.18.37/dyno/lean.jpg
The run had to be cut short at 4500rpm because engine was running way lean. lambda 0.98 under wot at 45000. With this ECU engine did knock so one could hear it. Obiously knocking sensitivity is tampered.

2. run SP/BSR ECU with higher fuel pressure

http://195.237.18.37/dyno/current.jpg
The ECU does not support raised fuel pressure if not programmed this way.
The T7 will try and eventually will suceed in compensating the raised fuel pressure. I ran this run before compesation takes place (it needs about 20 min of driving). Lambda now ~0.85. Sama as above, engine did knock.

3. run Maptun stage III (3" exhaust, dp, race-cat)
http://195.237.18.37/dyno/vigge_uus.jpg

Fuel pressure was dropped to standard 3.0 bar and the engine did not run lean, lambda around ~0.85 under WOT. Engine did not knock so one could hear it, but the ECU detected it was about to knock = boost to base boost at 4500 rpm. Maptun uses stock setting for knocking sensitivity.
If you look at the graph do not mind the gap this is not there, but due to the boost drop made by ECU.

In general about the dyno I use, it is a slow sweep dynamic dyno. RPM sweep takes about 50sek. This is better for measuring the actual torque, if compared to a bosch dyno. A bosch dyno on the other hand is too fast, about 7-10 sec for the sweep. To my knowledge this will not give accurate result on turbo cars. Almost a minute is way to long, intake temperatures will raise and cause the knocking. With the Maptun stage III ecu, the car will produce about 1.5 bar of boost. So one can imagine how temperatures will raise if the engine is run this way for a minute.

4. run Maptun individual ECU (support to 3.5 bar fuel pressure and lifted torque setting)
I will do this run soon.

I do not know if people on this board are familiar with maptuns individual program. So this is for those who are not aware of the program.

MapTun Individual

We are now in a position to offer turn-key solutions to customers who wish to add a more personalized touch to their vehicle or who wish to increase performance further.

We have, in cooperation with several partners, developed performance parts such as turbochargers, intercoolers, injectors, intake pipes etc. Our experienced technicians are able to build your vehicle to suit your
requirements. You let us know what your needs are and we will recommend a
complete solution with suitable hardware and tailor made software to fulfill your desires. We call this unique service Maptun Individual.

With Maptun stage III it is possible to lift the max torque to 500Nm, but I decided to settle for 450Nm. I made this decicion because I do not want to brake my transmission. I have not upgraded my clutch yet so there is a other weak spot.
