Thanks Eric, the car is a 74, but it has an early car front end grafted on. The picture shown does have the little shiny bumper strips I bought, they wont provide much protection, but I dont think the stock early bumper would do much vs. an f150 either.
I will try to post some pics when I figure it out, my first attempt was corrected by the moderator. The car is rough and ready, SCCA autocross veteran, weber carb, koni shocks, free flow exhaust I would like to adress some issues I havent diagnosed yet, some odd squeaks and noises, one is brakes I am pretty sure, the other sound like it may be in the transmission or pilot bushing, also some oil leaks. I am planning to autocross it as well, my local british car club runs a small low key deal most every warm month, will run against old british sports cars and a few upstart miatas and such.
After over 30 years on british cars I wanted to expand my horizons.
