I know that Koni has not made a shock for the 95/96/97 for many years. (The 95 had lever-action shocks on the rear, but there are people who have done a telescopic conversion on them.) The mounting points are the same on all cars. The '75 Beck/Arnley catalog that I have lists the same Boge shock for everything from '57 to '73, but doesn't list anything for the Sonett. It may have had different valving, especially in the rear, since it is a much lighter car. The adjustable Spax should work for any of the applications since you can adjust the stiffness. I had my Konis set full stiff on the rear of my 96, but I think they'd be too hard for the Sonett. With that thin-shell fiberglass seat, every bump of the suspension is driven right up your spine, my one problem with driving any distance in the Sonett. When I worked for a dealer I used to have a back road near the shop that I'd test drive cars on. Driving it in a Sonett was very hard on the spine.
