I purchased a set of 4-bolt hubs for the rear. In the 80's these were easy to come by, I'm not sure now. The fronts are a custom adapter. Our neighbor with a rather extensive machine shop fabricated them for me. They are rather robust - 3/8-1/2" thick from looking at them. They use counter-sunk bolts to attach to the 5-bolt hubs, and then they have studs installed for the 4-bolt wheels. I also installed studs in the rear hubs, so that I can use stock lug nuts all around. I will try to take some pictures of the adapters this weekend, and see if I can post them here. If there's enough interest, I could check into the cost of having more sets made up. I did have to turn part of my front hubs to have a flat mounting surface for the adapters.
