The original SAAB 2bbl installation (on late '77-'80 95s and 96s) used an intermediate plate that fit between the carb and manifold. I found a picture of it on Jim Williams' site; will try to link it below.
I don't know if this plate has the same barrel spacing as a Holley-Weber (the factory installation was for a Solex) but if you can find one and if it fits, this would be an easy way to add the PCV -- assuming there's enough under-hood clearance, which is always a problem with Sonetts! The plate also has a connection for the 95/96 power brake booster, so you'd need to plug that.
If you can't find or don't want to add the plate, the only other alternative is to drill and tap a hole in the intake manifold. I think this is the way Jack A. does it. BUT... it's much easier (and safer) to do this with the manifold off the car -- don't want any metal chips going down into the engine if you can help it!
