The intermediate plate that was used with the Solex can be used for a Weber 32/36 DGV5 (manual choke) without problem, with other versions you sometimes need to make an adaption to the PCV valve. Some versions (don't know by heart the DGAV of DGEV) have an extra control device on the opposite side of the acceleration pump; it's connected to the second stage throat of the carb by a small piece of vacuum hose that is in the way of the PCV valve. If you have a Holley that is a mirrored version of a Weber 32/36 the accelerator pump is on that side. I can't find the link now but I have seen a picture where the PCV valve is sawn off and welded back under a 90º angle, creating space around the carb.
If you use that intermediate plate don't forget to widen the hole under the 36mm throat, or else the butterfly won't be able to open completely.
