The MSS exhaust will work very well with the ported heads with bigger valves and with the stock system. The exhaust is a Y system, that has it's connection point 39" from the head. This helps it scavenge exhaust gasses.
Why do you want to use the standard heads? With the price of gasket sets going up all the time, it isn't cheap to change them often.
