1990 Saab 900 Turbo (Posted 1/20/2015)
Color: Black Trans: Manual Mileage: 200,000 es Price: $800
1990 Saab 900 Parts Car For Sale. Passenger side control arm mount is rusted, this can be repaired if you desire. This was my daily driver last year and has been stored in garage since being parked 6 months ago. The other bad issues include window motors stopped working, power steering rack needs attention, ignition switch/housing needed. I have temporary one installed which I need back for my 86 vert. The good news is brand new tires on spg rims, leather interior is in decent shape, red box apc, strong engine/tranny and turbo, solid body with minimal rust issues. Photographs supplied if requested. I have 86 Saab Vert parts car (no rust) I'd be willing to part with also for five hundred dollars. This car is unique in that previous owner installed 87-93 front bumper/light set up.

1993 Saab 900 S (Posted 1/14/2015) SOLD
Color: Lemans Blue Trans: Automatic Mileage: 86,380 Price: $6500
We have decided to sell our amazing 1993 900 S. We bought this car from the original owner that actually ordered it with the blue leather. It has been a garaged car its entire life. The miles are low because she lived in Princeton and worked in New York. We have not used it much except for a few fun weekend trips over the summer. Everything works. the air con work well, the heat works well, the power windows work, power sunroof works and no leaks. The headliner is perfect. Original tool kit. Fog lights are factory and work. No lights on like srs or abs. Has the upgraded sound system with the TURBO style CD/Equalizer. We have the service history and the original window sticker plus the original brochure. 3 sets of keys and the original manuals. This car is a true SAAB time warp. The interior is like new. The leather is not flat or cracked like most out there of this era 900. The color combo is unique and ultra chic !! We want it to go to a good home. This is not priced for the bargain shopper but for the individual looking for the last year of the classic 900 3 door hatch that is not a money pit or project.
1983 Saab 900 Turbo (Posted 1/13/2015)
Color: Black Trans: Manual Mileage: 40,000 Price: $5500
1983 Saab 900 Turbo. 2 door hatchback 5 Speed. Red cloth interior. Original owner, 40,000 original miles. Power windows, A/C. new tires. Original black paint shines, interior is mint. Manual Sunroof. A/C compressor does not come on when you push the A/C button. It does work and blow cold because I triped the compressor for it to kick on. I believe its the A/C button on the dash that's broken. All other components perform beautifully on this car.

1993 Saab 900 Sedan Turbo (Posted 1/5/2015) SOLD
Color: Blue Trans: Manual Mileage: 170,000 Price: Best Offer
1993 Turbo Sedan. She started life as an “S”, but had an engine swap 2 owners before me (1990's?) with a turbo motor. She has many desirable parts: nearly pristine dash, working 3 gauge pack (outside temp, voltage and oil pressure, DIY modded APC). Her 1st owner clearly loved her. Her second owner was hard on her, and she fell into neglect. I bought her 7 years ago, with dreams of restoring her to something like her heyday. Kids, career, cashless bank account and 2 other Saabs got in the way however. She hasn't been moved in a year, but ran when put away. Everything had worked prior to being put away (AC, headlamp washers, cruise, heated seats, radio) except the alternator. I was offered $400 for scrap, but don’t have the heart to do that to her. I don’t have the time (or desire) to strip her of parts myself. My hope is that someone else will find good use for her as a parts car, or if ambitious, restore her. The bad: exhaust needs replacing, AC bracket lower bolt sheared off, both front fenders ruined (PO fender bender and rust), headliner is gone. Best offer (even if free).
1989 Saab 900 Turbo (Posted 12/30/2014)
Color: Silver Trans: Manual Mileage: 160,000 Price: $3600 OBO
Second owner, beloved Saab, daily driver with light mileage. Silver exterior,
grey mouse fuzz interior. At 90,000 miles, transmission rebuilt with larger 2.3
ltr 9000 clutch/flywheel combo; also new timing chain/guide and water pump.
Performance parts include stage II ECU, rising rate fuel regulator, larger
injectors, 20 psi hooter valve, and the AID from SPG9. Short shift kit; much
improved shift feel. Seat belt conversion to manual. E-code headlamp glass plus
relay-isolated bulb wiring allowing full power to 100/80 watt halogens without
frying dash wiring. Synthetic engine and gearbox oil always used, with 3000
mile engine oil/filter intervals. Newer Alpine cd/radio with iPhone input. Rear
louver, sunroof deflector, SPG side panels. Extra set of steel wheels mounted
with Blizzaks. At 140K miles, new fuel pumps, new door hinges. At 160K miles,
new mass air flow meter, resurfaced exhaust manifold, new e-brake cables,
rebuilt window motors, new antenna mast, rebuilt turn signal/cruise stalk. This
car does have some body rust, especially in the wheel well edges, and sagging
headliner. Seat heat, central locking, and odometer inop. This is a great car
with plenty of years left.

1991 Saab 900 SPG Turbo (Posted 12/1/2014)
Color: Beryl Green Trans: Manual Mileage: 167,000 Price: $1,500 OBO
The car has a very decent interior for its age and is in good mechanical condition with engine, transmission and turbo all in top shape. Unfortunately, the body is not as lucky and is in need for restoration. It’s been an East Coast car and it has a lot of rust and corrosion in the usual 900 spots. Hood, floor pans, trunk bottom, driving axel panels in the front wheel arches, fenders, and the rear wheel arches would all need to be replaced/welded. Because of the amount of body restoration needed, it's easier and cheaper to have this SPG as a donor car, because most other things on it are more than decent. Here is a gallery with detailed pictures, where you can see the damage: Click Here.
The car drives and is driven regularly. Other things that need attention are: -AC doesn’t work (it needs belts, pulleys and recharge). -Steering rack will need to be replaced (leaks and loses power steering). -Has 900 turbo/commemorative edition wheels, not the original SPG/aero wheels. -Needs 4 new tires.

1993 Saab 900S 4-dr (Posted 11/26/2014) SOLD

Original owner well cared for daily driver. Runs and drives very well, exceptional interior, very clean. Never in a collision. Brakes, exhaust, and drivetrain all good. A/C and cruise control do not work. Have loved this car for many years; hate to part with it but too many cars in driveway. Just passed state inspection. Bike rack not included.
1986 Saab 900 SPG Turbo (Posted 11/18/2014) SOLD
Color: Edwardian Grey Trans: Manual Mileage: 274K Price: $3200 OBO
Time to sell one of my Saabs. This is a beautiful, classic SPG. It runs and drives very well. Edwardian Grey over Buffalo Grey. Engine rebuilt by prior Saab-tech owner at 210K. The exterior is in very nice shape. Much nicer than most '86 cars. There are some minor blemishes in the paint noticeable under close inspection, but as the photo shows, it looks great. Transmission shifts smoothly and doesn't pop out of any gears, including reverse. Tinted windows, new headliner, CD player, cold AC, hot heat, Wade headlight covers. Leather on the the seats needs attention. This has been a reliable daily driver for me the past year. Everything works except for the reverse lights (Probably the switch as the bulbs were checked) and cruise control (I haven't looked into this). Recent maintenance: -Catalytic Converter -Spark Plugs -Distributor Rotor and Cap -O2 Sensor. Synthetic oil (Mobil 1 or Castrol Edge) every 3-5K miles. Rust-free c900 looking to go to another Saab lover. I'm selling it because I've found a 9000 Aero to enjoy for a time. Contact me for a bunch of high-resolution photos as well as more information about the car. Reasonable offers will be considered.

1988 Saab 900S (Posted 10/27/2014)
Color: Red Trans: Manual Mileage: 99,400 Price: $3,000
Recently purchased this 1988 red 900s sedan from a bad dealer in NY. "Paid up" to tune of $3,700 (plus $1,000 shipping) based on great condition of body. Figured if I was going to have a run with a classic 900, the best body I could find was the place to start. Well, the body is great, and interior too. However, state of mechanicals was misrepresented. Immediately put $1,000 into car to make drive-able, including new radiator and temp sensor, which took care of check engine light. 400 miles into ownership, 5 speed manual transmission crapped out. Found rebuilt one online for $1,100 for 5 year warranty if you are interested. Since previous private owner was a doctor, from few old records that came with car. My guess is that as previous private owner and car aged, it ended up as weekend/cottage car, hence untended transmission and low miles. I always told friends a classic Saab would be my last gas car. Never knew it only would be for 400 miles. Car drove great in my limited spin. Handling was tight. No rattle in body parts, which pleasantly surprised me. Not sure what these cars in general and this one in particular are worth. Will be better for whole family if I don't drive into this one. Perhaps it can serve an aficionado who is looking for great canvas with which to start. Maybe drop in a few parts from a rusted convertible, or tap aforementioned online transmission. Text or email with offers.

1985 Saab 900S (Posted 10/12/2014) SOLD
Color: White Trans: Manual Mileage: 300,000 Price: $4,500 OBO
1985 900S - California car w/300K- has power package/cruise control & a manual
sunroof. This '85 900s runs fantastic and handles amazingly well with the 205
tires, the addition of sway bars from a Turbo model and the Bilstein shocks on
all four corners. Over the years I have added many upgrades and maintained it as
good as a car can be cared for. . I have upgraded the car with the following
items over the last 15 years. Converted from A/T to M/T in 2010, Dash was
replaced in 2000 & is in great condition- has always had a dash-topper on it,
SAAB center console from dash to shifter, SAAB high mount third brake light in
rear window (did not start until 86 model year), Front & Rear sway bars from a
turbo model & Bilstein's at all 4 corners, in-dash single CD player w/iPod plug
in capability, Genuine SAAB Burgundy leather steering wheel, Genuine SAAB wooden
shift knob, 3 piece HRE 16" wheels. The engine was new 60K miles ago- (Valet
Auto- SAAB only repair/Tucson) and at that time I installed a custom header from
Motorsport in Jamestown, N.Y., a Catalytic Convertor & muffler for a Turbo model
with a K & N air filter. I then cut multiple 2" holes cut into air box, all of
this for an increased air flow from the front to the back and that made this
little 2.0L N/T go better than any other I have ever driver. I just rebuilt the
Transmission (Trinity European/ Huntington Beach). New rack & pinion- 20k miles
ago, installed 2 tires on front (205/55/16 Big-O Euro Tour) + alignment 2k miles
parts and have always done most of the work on the car myself. I have an excel
file that I can email to you with a current listing of all of the items I have
on hand today. Many of them are new Genuine SAAB, many more are well known O.E.
Brands and many more are used items from my original 85 N/T 900 that I parted
out. I kept many of the items I knew "might" fail or were suspect for being
discontinued by SAAB such as the fuel injector lines. All of these parts are to
go with the purchase of the car. Only as a reference point, the retail value of
my parts on hand is almost $8,000. There is a lot more to share so if you are
interested please call.

1991 Saab 900S (Posted 9/30/2014) SOLD
Color: Navy Blue Trans: Manual Mileage: 271,000 Price: $2600
2.1liter engine, 5 speed transmission, sunroof and leather seats. I've owned and religiously maintained this car for the past 15 years. Originally from Georgia, it spent the majority of it's time down south and in a garage. Over the years, numerous parts have been swapped and rebuilt. Always used Mobil 1 and Redline MTL in the transmission. Bridgestones with lots of tread. A set of Blizzak winter tires mounted on Saab wheels included. Bosch 115amp alternator and wiring upgrade. AC blows cold, hoses just replaced. All Suspension bushings and ball joints replaced 40k miles ago, Koni shocks. Brake fluid and antifreeze routinely flushed. Always planned on keeping this car forever, so I’ve collected tons of spares. Inventory list available. Seats always covered, look like new. Drivers seat showing wear, springs and foam replaced. Tan canvas covers included. Paint always waxed with Zymol. Theres no body rust that I can find although the last few winters it's seen salt, so there's some surface rust starting on some undercarriage bolts and suspension pieces. There are Saab branded VDO voltmeter, oil pressure, and oil temperature gauges in the center console. Saab/Thule roof rack that folds up into a plastic carrying case. Cargo area has a rubber trunk liner and the front floor mats are black all season rubber. Alpine head unit with Blue Tooth, Iphone/Ipod ready, Pandora, and voice microphone. Alpine 5 channel amp with a custom fiberglass subwoofer box and an Alpine 10" sub. The custom fiberglass subwoofer box is in the corner of the cargo area. My job now has me working long hours and lots of travel, so the car stays home alone quite a bit. I have to downsize my fleet and spend more time with my Viggen. I'm not sure how to price it, add up the stereo equipment and spare parts and you'll quickly exceed the value of a classic Saab. I'm sure there is more that I'm forgetting. I can email my records of maintenance and spares to anyone seriously interested. I could also possibly deliver in the midatlantic or assist with logistics depending on my work schedule. Currently 271k miles and still drives great! Located Annapolis, MD.
