1984 Saab 900 Turbo (Posted 3/9/2014)
Color: Green Trans: Manual Mileage: 175,222 Price: $1,900
Well maintained, good condition. I purchased this classic from the factory in Sweden in 1984 and have been driving it ever since. There have been no other drivers (except the occasional mechanic). I have repair records and original owner’s manual. All maintenance and repairs done by certified Saab mechanics. All original equipment. The car was professionally repainted a few years ago due to fading, but the color is the same as the original. Small repainted patch on roof due to subsequent encounter with a basketball hoop during a heavy storm. Some rust, typical dash cracks. Never any smoking or pets in the car. Everything that I can think of works except the interior lights must be turned on manually, and the power-operated the passenger window, the power-assist lock system, rear defroster and electric antenna can be temperamental. I am willing to part with it now only because I am moving where there won’t be room for it. It is currently in Maryland, but I could drive it to Connecticut if needed. This car has been a delight to own and drive. I am happy to answer any questions.

1985 Saab 900S Notchback (Posted 2/2/2014) SOLD
Color: White Trans: Manual Mileage: 214,000 Price: $550
Selling my 1985 SAAB 900S Notchback (RARE) 5 speed. The car was a daily driver before being parked by the previous owner. I bought it as a rally/autocross car (this is structurally the strongest 900 layout because of 2 doors and lack of hatch), however I haven't had time to work on it and I don't want it to rot into the ground without getting another shot at life. I've documented the worst aspects of the car in photos. The body is as straight as they come. The floor in front of the driver and passenger seats is heavily rotted, which is common on these cars because water can get in up top and pool at the floor. Some rust on the passenger side front fender (also common). Rusted areas can be patched easily. The car is complete minus the radio. Has original dealer badge from Missouri and a clean Connecticut title. It will have to be towed, brakes need work, has 2 bad tires and has not been started in years. The interior upholstery needs serious cleaning or replacement. This is a project car. Also comes with a 900 16 valve turbo head. Contact me with questions.
1993 Saab 900 Turbo Commemorative Edition (Posted 1/30/2014)
Color: Black Trans: Manual Mileage: 191,000 Price: $4200
Commemorative edition, #274. Purchased used in 7/2012, selling because we have too many cars. Engine excellent, drivetrain excellent, short shift kit, drives very nice. Prev. owner put in new head gasket, new cv boot, and axle. I did minor tuneup. SRS light blinks on start-up. Interior is good except seats NOT original and wood dash trim missing. Headliner is great, dash no cracks. Put in low temperature thermostat. Fuel warning light stuck on still reads gas level though, hink sender unit still okay. Exterior is in good shape except previous owner had roof rack which marred finish on roof in a few places. New battery. Nakamichi stereo with aux in for iPhone, etc. This car was in Automobile magazine in 9/2012.

but I can tell you what has been done on this car since the day I purchased

1990 Saab 900 SPG Turbo (Posted 1/12/2014)
Color: Talladega Red Trans: Manual Mileage: 199,500 Price: $8999
Beautiful 1990 Saab SPG Turbo. All original equipment, everything works from
cruise control, sun roof, fog lights. No rips in original leather seats, never
wrecked, all original maintenance records back to 1990, very well maintained and
always garaged. No rust, car is in exceptional condition. The Saab runs awesome
and no mechanical issues. I've replaced all the brakes, rotors, calipers, gave
it a full tune up, oil in engine and trans replaced, radiator flushed. I
Replaced all oils in brake lines and power steering, Replaced all vacuum hoses.
The dash does have typical cracks and some slight scratches on the passenger and
drivers side window. Two women owned this car, the first and second owners, and
both took really good care of vehicle, the second owner kept all her records
from 1996 forward, car was worked on by a certified Saab Mechanic in Denver for
16 years - and prior to that I'm assuming the previous owner had it to the
dealer to keep up with the warranty maintenance requirements. The second owner
indicated that she had the oil changed every 3k, she stayed on top of everything
from shocks to AC, etc. The Saab also has it's original paint on vehicle.

1986 Saab 900 Turbo (Posted 1/9/2014)
Color: Black Trans: Automatic Mileage: 114,xxx Price: $5500
Clean 1986 900 Turbo. Automatic. Please email for details. This is a great example of an original 1986 900 with only 114,336 on the clock. Finished in Classic Black, over Burgundy, it has a rare, one off body kit, plus Saab louvers that shades its hatchback. This is a rust-free Texas car, purchased by a multi-Saab OG 900 owner, who had it shipped to its current Oregon location. The title is clean, as is the history report. The headliner is excellent as is the glass and Yokohama rubber. The carpet, seats and door panels are free of rips and tears and the original cargo is present . The sunroof is dependably manual. New starter. Sadly, the dash has the common cracking issues.

1985 Saab 900 Turbo (Posted 1/7/2014) SOLD
Color: Black Trans: Automatic Mileage: 190,000 Price: $4,500
I am the ORIGINAL OWNER of this Classic Saab. This is a California car that I
babied from the beginning; always garaged, never smoked in, and I wouldn't let
anyone eat in my car either (not kidding). I even had my Saab shipped from
California to here on the East Coast. I have all of the service records for my
car as well as the original leather binder with the owner's manuals. The Saab
has never been in any accidents, no dings, no rust. Always grabs attention when
I drive her around town and is still going strong. The front leather seats have
both recently been replaced and look awesome. The only reason I'm passing the
torch, is because I'm downsizing to one car. This Saab is probably the best car
I've owned. Serious buyers only please.

Strong engine and turbo, many new parts including: front axles, front wheel bearings. Bilstine shocks, power steering rack, clutch master and slave cylinder, radiator and battery. No rust at all on any body panels. Interior is in good condition with typical dash cracks. The bad news is the rusted rocker panel and floor pan on the divers side due to a leaking sun roof dripping on the floor. 1989 Saab 900S Turbo (Posted 12/31/2013) SOLD
Color: Silver Trans: Manual Mileage: 166,000 Price: $800 OBO
RUST FREE, Classic Oregon Saaby. The BAD: I think it just blew a head gasket. Car still runs, but is smokey and can see coolant seeping from some hoses. The sunroof drains clog regularly. No AC. Turbo doesn't seem to function. The GOOD: Well maintained. Past 10 years of records. New water pump, alternator, crank pulley, clutch, clutch master, CV boots, brake master cyl, mass air sensor, all the usual suspects. Excellent daily driver and work horse for hauling (prior to suspected head gasket blow on 12/20). If you don't want it back on the road, it's got a lot of money in new parts. You would just need to tools and space to remove them.
1979 Saab 900 GLE (Posted 12/16/2013)
Color: Maroon Trans: Automatic Mileage: 46,456 Price: $5995
1979 Saab 900 GLE 5-door. Maroon exterior with maroon cloth interior. 46,456 miles from the original owner. Fuel injected N/A motor with auto trans. This car was purchased in August ME and kept locally since new. Car was parked in July of 2001 until last month. I changed all fluids, vitals and installed a new battery to get the car running. The new owner will still need to go through the car to ensure it is safe for road use. The car is appears to be complete. Minor rust on driver's front fender and one spot on a door. Undercarriage is solid. I will likely have a rust-free fender to sell with the car. Feel free to ask as many questions as you'd like! Thanks for looking.

1990 Saab 900S (Posted 12/2/2013) SOLD
Color: Black Trans: Manual Mileage: 160,000? Price: $2,000 OBO
Hi, I have a 1990 Saab 900s non-turbo that I need to sell. I'm in Belmont Mass. It's perfect for restoration or as a parts car or just driving around in a cool looking car. I'm the Third owner. but the Odometer has never turned regularly for me (only in sub 32 degree driving) hence it reads about 90k, but I've had it for 7 years of mostly 6k annual driving. Lights are attached in place. (a real pain when those insert things break!) fog lights are intact but need a little repair (a rip in the covering) Mostly knobs, buttons etc are intact. The Air-conditioning is long dead (and detached) but the heat and power windows work. If I had a garage I would keep it and restore it. (and it would be in a LOT better condition). It has a sunroof - i added a deflector. Some dash lights are out- but not all of them- Right passenger panel is rusty. Although - I had the Safe-t cap frame repair (that's the side! thanks to Swedish car day for pointing that out) welded in summer 2012. I was gonna sell this in May but after new tires - well it's hard to give it up. There are other little area of rust to be attended but for the most part -everyone says how awesome this car looks (even with the right front panel issues) I have the original (tape player) radio. installed is a sony BT3800 - Except for the driver's seat upholstery the interior is intact. Tires bought in May. Many new hoses. This car drives great, hasn't had any problems with Massachusetts inspections. I've had the oil changed every quarter Comes with Haynes 900 manual.
1986 Saab 900S (Posted 12/2/2013) SOLD
Color: Silver Trans: Manual Mileage: 155,000 Price: $1,500 OBO
Classic 5-sp with sunroof that has been daily driver since I bought it in 1992; second owner. Black velour seats in excellent condition, interior very clean. No smoke, no food, no pets, rare kids. Replaced headliner. Dash has some thin cracks. No accidents. Car has been in FL, TX, NC, VA. Replaced stereo with Alpine radio/CD player. Garage kept until ~ 3 years ago. Repaired exclusively by certified SAAB mechanics; most service records available. Within last year, replaced heater core (works very well) and slave cylinder (but new moan when clutch depressed in last two weeks). Wish I did not have to part with "Saabine" after 22 years but need car for longer work commute and don't have time or expertise to continue gradual restoration. Things that don't work: AC (blows strong but has freon leak), heated seats, in-dash clock, odometer (selectively works better in cold weather/problem began 2 years ago at ~ 150K mi), retractable motorized antenna (stopped working two weeks ago/not sure why), cruise control, interior light by mirror. Has leak - think it is power steering fluid. I am looking for someone who can restore & enjoy this reliable antique.
