- 1985 Saab 900 S Notchback (Posted 8/23/2016)
Color: White Trans: Manual Mileage: Est. 170k Price: $2000 OBO
Rare 1985 900s notchback (two-door coupe) for sale in Colorado. Good overall
condition with a full tune-up recently performed by East of Sweden Saab in
Broomfield, CO, including replaced ECU, new O2 sensor, replaced underhood fuel
lines and redone wiring. The car runs and drives well and shifts smoothly. The
headliner was reupholstered and isn't sagging anywhere and the interior is
generally clean although the dash has the usual c900 cracks. New windshield in
great shape. The car came from Montana originally and is very clean and
rust-free. Slight collision damage on the front left fender (pictured) that
isn't really noticeable, otherwise completely straight. Original paint isn't bad
considering the age and shines up nicely. Would make a great daily driver or a
fun candidate for a 16v turbo swap. Please call, text or email for more info.
Car is located in Broomfield, CO (about 45 minutes from DIA). More pictures
available upon request. Thanks, Bryan

Color: Green Trans: Manual Mileage: 126,380 Price: $4200
I'm selling my 1993 900 Turbo, this is my daily driver (except for the winter). Comes with Saab cross spokes (on car now), original directional rims and also comes with short spoke rims mounted with winter tires. Cars was bought new in San Francisco in 1993, I had it shipped to Ottawa when I bought it in 2012. Very nice car to drive, turbo is strong and there are no fluid leaks. The headliner is perfect. Paint looks good, some clear coat flaking on the back near the tail gate. Front leather seats need to be re-sewn. Serviced by Karl at Scandinavian Auto Service in Ottawa.

- 1992 Saab 900S N/A (Posted 8/22/2016)
Color: Plantana Gray Trans: Manual Mileage: 175,000 Price: $3,500
No rust! Clean Colorado car - Second owner, very good paint, very clean, runs and shifts great, no leaks. Power windows and sun roof work nicely. Purchased in 2005 as a trade from first owner. New ignition switch and gear box, major tune up in 2013 at 168,000 miles, NGK spark plugs, valve cover gasket, distributor cap, plug wires, and air filter. Front seats recovered last year in vinyl, backseat is original leather. Headliner replaced, new tires/windshield. Original owner's manual and tool kit. After market Alpine radio/CD player. This Saab is tight, other than slight squeak in rear hatch. Could easily be a daily driver, although I only take it out a couple times a week. More pics upon request. Reason for selling: Moving, no place to park at new abode. I really love this car, but it's time to pass it on. Warts: AC, cruise control, washer fluid squirter don't work, SRS light is on, back right speaker is out. Removed fog lamps, but connections are still usable. Small blemish on left front wheel well and small gap between right front hood and grill from very minor front end accident.

- 1993 Saab 900 S 16 Valve 2.1L 4-Door Sedan (Posted 8/19/2016)
Color: Silver Trans: Automatic Mileage: 81,000 Price: $1800
No rust, no accidents, no smoking and garaged it's entire life until the past 13
months after it was gifted to a granddaughter. Functioning cruise control, A/C,
pristine tan leather seats, no broken knobs. Engine looks and runs great; fires
right up and solid on the road. New water pump, primary belt, muffler, harmonic
balancer, and relatively new tires (<1900 miles). Rear headliner is sagging but
not torn. Recently started occasionally losing reverse. Had the transmission
bands adjusted and remains drivable, but foreshadows a new transmission. The
reason we are selling is because of this repair -- and the love required to
maintain it -- exceeds granddaughter's budget. Original manuals in a SAAB
pouch. Car is in Tallahasse, FL. We just returned from summer break and are
motivated to sell. More recent photos available; email for info.

- 1993 Saab 900 S (Posted 8/17/2016) SOLD
Color: Blue Trans: Manual Mileage: 95K Price: Best Offer
Selling my '93 900 S reluctantly. Very clean engine bay and interior. Non-smoker, upholstery in great shape, no cracks on dash, headliner puffy in a couple of spots where detailer used a shop vac. Brakes, runs and drives perfect. Serviced regularly with invoices for maintenance and repairs from '99. This car has been garaged for half a year and for 2 thirds of its life. No rust but has a few small scratches and a small ding on the rear door, just a few cosmetics. The AC needs to be re charged, the switch for the dome light needs a little TLC and it is missing a wiper from one front headlamp. Everything else works and moves as it should, including heated seats, wipers, windows and lights (other than the dome light, with switch). This is a solid, comfortable and reliable car with miles to go... I have 4 snow tires with 95% tread on wheels with the Saab trim.
- 1990 Saab 900S (Posted 8/15/2016)
Color: Green Trans: Manual Mileage: 135,000 Price: $2700
4 door sedan. Purchased by me in 1998 with 85,000 miles, this car has spent most of the rest of it's life indoors in a corner of my garage. Two years ago I changed the automatic out for a 5-speed to drive it for the winter. It's still too nice to use as a winter car, but old enough to be an ongoing project. The body is very solid, with minor rust just beginning on door crimps and a few more spots. But it is all cosmetic at this point. Recent radiator, heater core, clutch, head gasket, power rack, brakes, tires. It has the usual problems - cracked dash, headliner, some seat stitching, and leaks. Runs and drives great, but although I can drive it every day, I see it as a project.

- 1993 Saab 900 Turbo 3 Door Hatchback (Posted 8/1/2016) SOLD
Color: Black Trans: Manual Mileage: 160,000 Price: $6500
This is an excellent example of a 1993 Black c900 Turbo with the desirable, beautiful and like new buffalo grey interior and the even more desirable 5 speed transmission - the perfect setup. All original, with the stereo being the only upgrade. The OEM radio is available. This car has been pampered. Any issue was immediately resolved. Preventative and scheduled maintenance was religiously done by SAAB techs. Everything is in working order. The headliner is near perfect. The body is straight, in excellent condition, no dents or bumps. The paint is solid and shines brilliantly. This car was in Oregon prior to coming to Virginia and there is zero rust/paint bubbles and zero surface rust anywhere on this vehicle. The original engine has 160k on the clock. There are no fluid leaks and the engine pulls strong, with the turbo boost into the red. The car tracks straight and all of the wheels and tires are in great shape. The dash is cracked. However, this is the perfect car to start with, very little effort would be needed to bring this example to concours condition. All of the service records since 08/2000 are available.
- 1986 Saab 900 Turbo Hatchback (Posted 7/25/2016)
Color: Black Trans: Automatic Mileage: 205,500 Price: $2,000
4cyl, 16 valve, 173 HP, 3 door, hatchback, sunroof. Original owner, all service records available from Swedish Auto Specialists in San Marcos, CA. No accidents. Great car, daily driver (minimal), in almost 30 years averages about 22 mpg. Still has beautiful tan leather interior, expensive sound system with equalizer. In 1985 there were only two of these with black paint, tan leather and automatics delivered to the US. One east of the Mississippi and this one west of the Mississippi. Almost "one of a kind". Great classic, I always get compliments when driving. Always garaged, when it wasn't, it had a car cover. AC needs service, not blowing cold, 3rd headliner sags, tiny leak in power steering rack. No dents, no rust, always in southern California. 24 pictures available upon request.

Color: Black Trans: Manual Mileage: 160,000 Price: $7,800 Firm
<-- Featured -->
I’m selling an extremely rare 1993 Saab 900 Turbo CE - one of 314 cars made. 2 door hatchback, black with tan leather, 5 speed, original stereo with new speakers and amp. It has just under 170K miles on it and it is probably in as good condition as any car that has all original parts and components. It runs like a top and has loads of punch. I drive the car weekly. It needs no major repairs. It has a few very minor cosmetic blemishes, but is really a beautiful daily driver or weekend fun car. All features are here:
http://www.saabce.com/1993CE.htm. Positives of note: brand new premium new tires, headliner is flawless, recently tuned, garage kept, seat springs are solid, sounds like a dream, extremely clean, turbo punches as well as any 900 turbo I've ever driven, no known engine or mechanical issues. Minor issues of note: a few very minor leather seat blemishes, a dime sized ding on the hatch back, some rust on the underside, a few small cracks on the original dash, headlight wipers have never worked, loses a drop of oil a week. I am the second owner. All of the work I've had done on the car has been completed by Mile Hi Automotive (Official Saab Service Center), Denver’s premier vintage Saab repair shop. - 1982 Saab 900 3 Door (Posted 7/8/2016)
Color: White Trans: Manual Mileage: 60k Price: $2,600 OBO
This is the base model with the alloy S/Turbo wheels. I purchased this car last year with 51k miles. A few months ago, the odo decided to only work about half the time. I estimate the mileage to be no more than 60k.
Runs very well. I drove it to Saabs@Carlisle in May, and back home with no problems. 5 speed trans is quiet, and shifts fine. Nice blue interior. The dash does have some cracks. On the negative side, The fuel gauge is not working, and there is some rust around wheel wells, and a small hole under right side control arm. Call or e mail for more info, and additional pics.

- 1989 Saab 900 SPG Turbo (Posted 7/2/2016)
Color: Black Trans: Manual Mileage: 156,000 Price: $5000
This is a solid car with minimal rust. I bought it a couple of years ago to restore. The drive train has been rebuilt. It runs great, uses no oil, doesn't smoke, shifts smoothly. I replaced belts, hoses and water pump as preventive measures. I stripped and painted entire car. The paint quality is very good and could be show quality with a little work. The front leather has been replaced. The sunroof has been refurbished and the headliner has been replaced. The dash was recovered. The dash is about as good as you can get without having a professional restoration. The a/c has an electrical issue. I have evacuated and replaced the Freon 134. I replaced all of the orings. I have been diagnosed with Parkinson's and am getting rid of projects. Hopefully this will be a show car someday. It is a rare model. I doubt if there are more than about 10 left. - 1988 Saab 900 Turbo Hatchback (Posted 6/26/2016)
Color: Blue-Green Trans: Manual Mileage: 180,000 Price: $1500
Priced to sell quickly. Runs well and has been well maintained. Turbo and transmission both strong and well maintained, and I did not set the turbo for maximum boost. Issues are primarily cosmetic: headliner droop (with some tears in backseat); dash has cracks; windshield has cracks; rust on front-left fender panel; rust on base of passenger door. Floor pan and frame are rust free, and the main body panel is in great condition. Suspension and hanging are in great shape, and the car has been mechanically well maintained by Old Town Imports here in Fort Collins. If you wish to run a VIN check, here is the VIN: YS3AT35L6J3010315; I believe it has been a Colorado car for most if not all of its life. While I don't regularly drive it now, it was very reliable for me in the past; currently, I have to park it outside and I'd rather sell it than let it be exposed.

Previous owners replaced transmission, new battery installed end of last summer. Tires have low mileage. Leather in decent shape (some wear on driver side, everything else pristine). Would like to keep, but I have another SPG and it's time for one to go. Excellent wheels and tires. Body in excellent shape. This car is a looker and is as fast as it looks with its SAAB whale tail. Original owner's manual with 900 catalog and 900 16 Valve Official Service Manual 1985 through 1993. Everything works except: Power locks, heated seats, and unreliable passenger window switch. Fog lights were removed because of vulnerability. Have both. One fog light is missing glass. We have the Clarion made for SAAB tape deck; Alpine MP3/WMA CD Receiver is installed. We have extra full size wheel and tire. We are selling because purchased a Nissan LEAF and, although we love the SAAB, we are hardly driving it anymore and fear it will suffer from lack of use.
- 1993 Saab 900 Turbo 3 Door Hatchback (Posted 6/8/2016) SOLD
Color: Black Trans: Automatic Mileage: 79,809 Price: $7980
This car has been in our lives since new. Our cousin bought it new at Zumbach Motors and when it was time to sell, we sold it to our next door neighbor. When they wanted to sell it, we did not hesitate to buy it back. Always well maintained, never used to commute to work, used for errands and fun only, adult driven and never smoked in. Jerry Sweet of Sweet Motors attends to its every need, synthetic oil changes and fluid changes are performed regularly. Everything (including power functions) works, except cruise control. Excellent turbo boost, strong engine and smooth at idle and speed. Transmission upshifts and downshifts smoothly. Headliner is in excellent condition, dash is not cracked. No rust, no bubbled paint or corrosion in the usual places. The body has a few dings, bumpers a few scuffs and driver's seat shows use. You could bring it up to concours condition, you could just enjoy it. It needs nothing to be driven today. We are only selling it because after 30+ years of continuous 99 & Classic 900 ownership, it is time to pass the baton of vintage ownership and try the newer Saabs before they too disappear.

serious motor, tranny or other mechanical issues. Well maintained. New Battrty

deserves attention in that department. Price includes two sets of tires and
rims: Conti Pro Contacts on Ronal SAAB rims on the car now, plus very new set
(<300mi) of Goodyear Ultra Grip Snow tires on steel rims. SAAB OEM (Thule-made)

Has working Clarion radio/tape deck, spoiler, operating headlight wipers, passes Mass inspection every year and always starts. Rust issues with undercarriage, but fixable; I would fix, but for loss of storage space. Small fixable items require attention when convenient.

Color: Cayenne Red Trans: Manual Mileage: 199,420 Price: $1,999
Boomin Cruiser in excellent condition. I bought it at 166k for $3k and I sank about $4k of TLC into this baby with the Saab Pros at Mile High Automotive over the past couple years. Everything works. Tasteful upgrades: Smartphone plug/play/charge Kenwood CD stereo with two dash/two rear speakers. 10" subwoofer box in trunk (can be removed for extra space). Stereo remote placed atop steering wheel can be controlled with left hand (easily removed for purists). H4 Sylvania headlights (brighter/easier to deal with than original) extra set of wheels/center caps with Hakkapeliitta snowtires (10k used). Ready for historic plates (in CO means less $ less often). Sad to see her go just need the room in my gargae...on its way to 500k!
- 1993 Saab 900 S (Posted 5/12/2016) SOLD
Color: Scarab Green Trans: Manual Mileage: 101,567 Price: $5995
California car in fantastic condition. Body looks great with only some paint blemishes, no rust. Nearly $4000 invested in the car in the last 6 months. New transmission built by Saab specialist, Less than 500 miles since installed. New tires with early 90's period correct aftermarket Compmotive wheels. New ignition, new fuel pump, new Pioneer bluetooth stereo with hands free calling and new Kicker speakers front and back. Also just purchased a brand new Covercraft fitted car cover to go along with the car. Interior shape is very good except for the front seats splitting at the seams and dash has small spot near light switch that has split and is lifting. Car runs and drives excellent and reliably. Was used as a daily driver for the last three years. Car has fully documented service history. This car looks great and drives nice as is, but would also be a wonderful candidate for a turbo conversion. Please contact me with any questions and for a link to many more hi res photos.
- 1993 Saab 900 Turbo (Posted 5/11/2016) SOLD
Color: Red Trans: Manual Mileage: 179,000 Price: $3000
The car has been a joy to own. One of my favorites since I was a teenager. It was on my bucket list. Car was purchased by me about 9 months ago, now its time for something new. The car has 4 new Sach's shocks, new power steering hoses, and new oil cooler hoses, they all leaked when I got it. The car was inspected by a Saab expert in Brooklyn NY, Swedish underground. He did all the mechanical work. The car has no rust at all, and is kept in a climate controlled garage . The car comes with factory repair manuals, the rear window louvers, and many spare parts. I have only put about 500 miles on the car since I purchased it. I wouldn't hesitate selling this vehicle to a family member. The interior is leather and in very nice condition. The car has its original radio, cd player, equalizer, with all new speakers. The vehicle has 2 issues, the central locking doesn't work and the cruise control doesn't work.

- 1988 Saab 900 Base (Posted 5/6/2016) SOLD
Color: Arctic White Trans: Manual Mileage: 200,000+ Price: $800
Worst things first: My mechanic told me to sell to someone who can work on the car him/herself. Maybe something to do with the third brake master cylinder fail in 1.5 years? Maybe the jangly noise coming from the right front wheel? Maybe he didn’t want to break my heart outright by telling me to sell it for parts. I got the car from the second owner, who drove it to Burning Man back when it was held on a beach outside San Francisco. Rode hard and put up wet. But it's been my daily driver on a short commute for over 10 years through great mechanics and others. Solid transmission, new clutch master this year, new Michelin Defenders (205/60R15) last July, new battery and wiper thingy before Thanksgiving. No wrecks. No holes. Smooth shifting. Good rims. Clean title. But it’s time for a smog check. The odometer stopped at 140k. Plus too many other little defects to list. Project car or organ donor: you decide.

- 1987 Saab 900 3 Door Hatchback (Posted 5/3/2016) SOLD
Color: Rose Quartz Trans: Manual Mileage: 84,400 Price: $4900
I acquired this, originally purchased in March '87 at Countryside Saab in MN from original owner who passed. Hadn't moved in 5 years and sat in her garage. Avg mileage 3,000/yr. I towed home, siphoned fuel, added new, changed fuel filter, replaced the leaking accumulator. Got running in 20 min. After a tank of gas and a can of Jectron to clean fuel system, it runs like new. I have all maintenance history from the dealership along with the original window sticker of $15K. I'm testing the AC compressor this week, and other than the antenna, everything works. There is very minor surface rust on the gas cap, and along the interior of the driver rocker where the rubber meets the frame. The interior is the NICEST of any vintage Saab I've owned or seen, and I've owned 7 Saabs. Paint shines, no dash cracks, brand new Bridgestone Potenzas, no oil leaks, and the headliner looks like it was installed yesterday. I wish I could keep this but the wife says our kids need airbags in our cars. Call or email to discuss. Thank you.
- 1993 Saab 900 S Hatchback (Posted 4/27/2016) SOLD
Color: Citron Beige Trans: Manual Mileage: 91,688 Price: $5900
Before I extol the virtues of my SAAB, does anyone recognize where I took these pictures? If you are a SAAB enthusiast in northern NJ, this should bring back happy memories. I have owned many SAABs, still do and intend to continue. I bought this car from its original owner who only had it dealer serviced and fixed everything immediately. I have all of his records (and mine). When SAAB's news was dire and his dealer indicated that they had to move on, he was concerned about parts availability and decided to sell the car. Since then, I exclusively have my SAABs serviced by Sweet Motors and this car has only been in Jerry Sweet's capable hands. When it had problems, Jerry fixed it, sometimes amazingly so. For example, did you know that the 2nd gear synchro is almost impossible to find? Jerry found an NOS that was recently installed in this car. The A/C has been upgraded to R134a, the exhaust replaced, the brakes are up to date, only synthetic oil changes every 3k miles. I have another 900 and a beloved 9000 so the time has come to try one of the "newer" SAABs before they too disappear!
- 1991 Saab 900 (Posted 4/26/2016) SOLD
Color: Black Trans: Manual Mileage: See Ad Price: $5000
An awesome classic SAAB combo. 1987 SAAB 900 Turbo/ 1991 SAAB 900 Classic combo. Both vehicles run great. The 87 Turbo is solid and fast and has great original paint. Modified for speed. Power sunroof, power windows, mirrors, extra parts including radio/cd player. The 91 Classic has a very clean cloth interior with 192k miles. The set comes with hard to find louvers that are in great shape. The turbo is from the south and the last ten years was part of a collection. The 91 came from NJ passing inspection. Both have newer tires. A must see, Sold as is.
