Good running parts car or project. Rusty frame near front left control arm keeps it from passing PA inspection. Driven 5K in 2017, was my spare car. Engine runs strong & doesn't burn oil. New fuel pump & pressure regulator 2016. Tires have 75% tread. Snow tires with wheels. Used ABS pump & valve spare parts (I didn't install them yet - ABS light ON). Interior worn & paint matches mileage. RH front wheel well rust. Transmission pops out of 1st. 20K on clutch. 10K on both driveshafts & CVs. Sunroof & windows work, A/C does not. I was hoping to keep this last year "real" 900 as my spare, but I am not skilled enough to fix the frame rust.

- 1988 Saab 900 SPG Turbo (Posted 1/5/2018) SOLD
Color: Edwardian Gray Trans: Manual Mileage: 122,789 Price: $5500
This Saab has been storing in the garage the since 2008. I've bought it last year replaced all bad brakes, hoses, belts and plugs, fixed the heater, put new AC, new headliner, new axels - everything is working great except (driver's side window stop working recently, windows' motor is good, smth with the wiring, original radio has code and was working but discharging the battery, I removed it for now). The engine and transmission run great. Smooth idle, and very clean shifts with a good clutch. Overall body is in very good condition, but it needs some TLC - bumpers are scratched, some dents and SPG panels need a little work too. It has a few rusty spots on the rear floor pan. I will post some pictures so you will have a better idea. I drove about 1 thousand miles for the last year since I've bought it occasionally on weekends. It's been always stored in the lower level garage in my apartment building. The car had a lot of issues and all have been taken care by a very nice guy Roland from Swedish Underground, Brooklyn. So he probably knows about this car more than I do. The reason I'm looking to sell this car is that I've figured out I already spend more money on this than I initially planned. I'm not very good with car repair myself it's getting more and more expensive. Also, I'm paying $250/month for the parking. I would never sell it if I had a cheap place to park. Don't want to park this beauty on the street. Clean title in my name, just passed NY inspection. Let me know if you would like additional pictures or information. Saaby sold as-is, no implied warranty. Buyer responsible to arrange for pickup or transport. The Saab is also listed for sale locally, and Seller does reserve the right to end the auction at any time.

- 1993 Saab 900 Turbo (Posted 12/31/2017) SOLD
Color: Red Trans: Manual Mileage: Unknown Price: $1400
1993 900 Turbo that started life as a S model 5 speed. Turbo engine swap performed by a previous owner. Car came to Va from Tx and is rust free. Red on black, one dent on left front fender and some clear coat failure on the hood. Interior is in good shape, driver seat shows wear and dash has cracks. The headliner is good overall with exception to sunroof where the liner is sagging. Runs and dives well, has 2nd gear grind if shifting to hard/fast. I have owned for 2+ years and am just ready to let it go onto someone else who will love and care for it, I do not drive it often to justify keeping it. True mileage unknown and clean Va title reflects this. Located in the west end of Richmond, Va.
- 1991 Saab 900S Hatchback (Posted 12/19/2017) SOLD
Color: Iridium Blue Trans: Manual Mileage: 121,500 Price: $4900
This is one of those cars, one owner, one elderly woman owned(Bought when she was about 70, driven till she was almost 90!). I just bought the car off her son who is 60ish years old. This was her last car. All new exhaust including exhaust manifold, new fuel pump, updated/upgraded factory transmission early on in its life. 90+ percent dealer serviced its whole life, and all the stamps in the maintenance book to prove it. Very rare iridium blue on marine blue leather interior. Leather is close to perfect. Dash and headliner are original. Some cracks in the dash and the headliner is up but is not perfect since it is "all original". The paint on the vehicle is all original, no accidents ever. No leaks, srs light is on (clock spring of course), vehicle literally drives like new with the exception of some inner driver shudder when accelerating hard in the vehicle. I have worked on/owned these cars for almost 25 years myself. The pictures will speak for themselves, literally no rust anywhere. I know these cars so if you are serious about a car like this (with minimal issues) this may be the one for you. This is one of the nicest, original, new england cars i have ever seen. The car was rarely driven in the winter, never wrecked/hit, and never abused. Call for more information, I am not taking any low offers, and the car is a cash only sale. - 1979 Saab 900 EMS (Posted 12/7/2017) Share this Saab->
Color: Blue Trans: Manual Mileage: 89,000 Price: $6000
This is a beautiful example of Saab’s transition from the 99 to the 900. If you are a Saab nut you will love the one-year-only nuances of the early 900’s. This car has covered ~89,000 miles in its life. The B motor and original CIS run great. The fuel system was either cleaned or replaced, including the challenging metal baffled tank about 10K miles ago by Western Massachusetts Saab Maestro, Eric Nelson. It retains all of its stock components and shifts through its 4 speed gearbox effortlessly. The B motor combined with the 31/30 EMS primary gear-set makes this car feel light and sporty around town and able to maintain 65mph to 75mph on the highway effortlessly. This car has the 1 year only 900 EMS quick ratio manual steering rack and the soccer ball wheels are the cleanest non-restored wheels I have ever seen. This was the first year for Saab to do a metallic paint, with two choices of green or this car’s iceberg blue. The car is wearing all of its original paint and presents very well. All panels are straight and original. There are 4, 2 inch blemishes on the passenger side that can be seen in the photos. It also has a few places along the rear hatch chrome strip that can be seen in the pictures. I have kept the car waxed and preserved the current state over the past 10 years of ownership. The car has its one-year-only EMS grill and headlight surrounds intact. The turn signals and bumpers are the original pieces and still maintain the smaller white trim line along their centers that the later 900’s don’t have. This car is an incredible dry example and I think that any New England SAAB enthusiast would be transported to 79’ when looking at the originality and crispness of this car. The interior velour is complete with no tears. There is a dime size hole in the driver-side seat panel that is not noticeable but can be seen in photos. It has the rear headrests which are rare along with the period correct blue Saab floor mats that really complete the interiors time capsule feel. The heater valve is manually closed due to the fact I only drive in the summer.

- 1992 Saab 900 (Posted 12/4/2017) Share this Saab->
Color: Red Trans: Manual Mileage: 226,000 Price: $2200
Car is in good running and driving condition. Engine and transmission are strong with no problems. This was my daily driver up until 2014. Since then, it has been more of a weekend driver. Paint is original, but clearcoat is badly peeling in some places. Needs new A/C compressor. Car was recently in a minor fender bender and got a little scraped up at the front on the driver's side. All it did was crack the headlight (which has since been replaced) and slightly ding the fender. The damage was purely cosmetic and caused no structural or mechanical problems. Have owned the car for almost 10 years and have absolutely loved it. Hate to see it go but unfortunately that's life right now. Have maintenance receipts from myself and previous owner going back to the late 90s to go with the car. Still drive it around town so mileage may go up a little. More photos available on request.

Color: Cirrus White Trans: Automatic Mileage: 166,387 Price: $2500
Cash only. Original owner. Clean title. No accidents. Maintained by SAAB dealer,
and then by SAAB specialist. Complete Service Records. Original owner's manual.
Low miles per year. Starts up instantly. No leaks. Priced to allow for some
reconditioning. Could use a new dash cover, new headliner, and radio. A/C not
working. Engine temperature gauge works intermittently, but runs consistently in
normal range. Some minor rust near wheel wells and on inside of hatch door was
stopped by applying Loctite Navel Jelly 10 years ago. Rust has not reappeared
since that time. Most noticeable rust area from 10 years ago was on front wheel
well (never fixed) – a $250 estimated repair. The following all work: heated
seats, power windows, power mirrors, sunroof, cruise control. Sixteen valve
engine runs strong and auto transmission shifts smoothly. Complete brake job
performed at 135,000. Clear coat (original paint) in good shape. Still receive
compliments when I have it out. Hate to sell it after all these years, but will
be losing covered parking space in coming months. This Saab needs a second
long-term owner who is ready to do some reconditioning in return for a low
price. Feel free to speak with the local Saab specialist who has maintained this
car the past 10 years. Ready To Drive Anywhere - Any Distance!

- 1992 Saab 900 Turbo (Posted 11/27/2017) SOLD
Color: Black Trans: Manual Mileage: 152,500 ap Price: $4900
It pains me to do this, but I am putting my Saab up for sale. Virva is her name.
I've owned her for the past 10 years and she has been stored at my sister's
garage for the past 4 years. My sister moved and I lost storage, so I'd rather a
Saab enthusiast take her from here as I'm unsure when the next indoor storage
space will make itself available. This car had been pampered and loved. This is
a SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA CAR, and moved with me to NY in 2010. Straight body and no
rust. No accidents, clean Carfax (available). Maintained with Walter Wong at The
Right Solution in LA, and Swedish Underground Auto and Star Motors in NY during
my ownership. ONLY Saab trained mechanics, and I have worked on this car for the
past 10 years except for new batteries by Pep Boys. I regularly changed the oil
and filter every 2-3k miles. New (not rebuilt) AC compressor needs recharging.
Rebuilt transmission less than 25k miles ago (I have the receipt), though it
occasionally pops out of 3rd and sometimes grinds a little into 1st. I briefly
go into 2nd, then 1st from a dead stop to avoid any crunching. Exterior has some
imperfect molding trim and some scuffs. Engine runs smooth, and turbo spools up
nicely. New shocks, rotors and pads within the last 20k miles. Car will need to
be registered and safety inspected by new owner, so will need to be towed away.
Let me be clear though, the car runs well. The car was stored because we bought
an Outback as our daily driver. Headliner needs to be replaced. Aftermarket
sound system installed with manual rocker switch for rear amps and speakers.
(includes Bazooka powered sub, 2 @ 6x9 Kenwood's and 2 @ 4" Infinity's and
Kenwood head unit). Dash has some cracks, dashboard has wood upgrade. Tires will
need to be replaced, antennae mast was replaced (works in and out). Speedometer
broke, so it was replaced with a unit which had 30,000 less miles on it, hence
the approximate mileage. All gauges functioning correctly. ABS light is on but
has not affected braking power. Heater core was replaced and is a proper Swedish
furnace once again. Rebuilt washer pump and wiper motors. Original paint, still
looks shiny and nice when cleaned up. This is a good solid car, not a showpiece
by any means, but mechanically sound, great body and it still gets conversations
started and thumbs up. Extras include a soft car cover, Thule roof rack with
locks and Thule crank straps, a box of miscellaneous items like oil filters,
vacuum hoses, new spark plugs, lamps etc. My loss is someone's big gain here.
Serious inquiries only, and only via email. Carfax report available.
- 1986 Saab 900 SPG Turbo (Posted 11/20/2017) SOLD
Color: Edwardian Gray Metallic Trans: Manual Mileage: 149,840 Price: $2,200
My brother and I just got finished bringing an 86 flat nose SPG back to life
that he found in a parking garage in Denver. The interior is what you would
expect of a 30 year old SAAB with 150,000 miles. The car is surprisingly tight
with very little in the way of rattles and drives true and straight. The
transmission appears to be rebuilt and feels really good. The gears shift smooth
with good syncs throughout and no noise. We refreshed the clutch over the
weekend. Motor is really strong considering it is not even getting close to the
red on the boost gauge. We spent some time trying to get the APC working to no
avail. It is boosting to base boost and is still fast!! Brakes are as good as
they get. I've personally owned 2 86 SPG's and countless other SAABS and this is
a good one with loads of potential, it would be a great candidate to be taken to
the next level or just driven the way it is for years to come, it is a true
survivor. Car comes with lots of original paperwork including all manuals
etc. and has its original unused complete took kit! The car is located at my
brother's in Bailey CO a mountainous suburb of Denver CO.

Color: Black Trans: Manual Mileage: 252,000 Price: $830
Bought this car as a simple project, but I don't have time to do. The reason I bought the car, is the last owner replaced the muffler, timing chain, and head gasket. When I got her, wiper and brakes are almost not working and idle is not consistent, so I bought her so cheap. When the engine starts, it needed to be pushed the accel pedal to run the engine continually, after around 3 mins, idle become quite good. During driving, the engine is great. After I got her, I did, valve cover gasket, spark plugs, spark wires, vacuum hoses, wiper links, wiper motor, and master cylinder. Engine and tranny are working properly for its age, but because of brakes, needs to be towed. Clean Michigan title in hand. Body is quite clean. I can send more picture when you ask.
- 1988 Saab 900 S (Posted 10/23/2017) SOLD
Color: Grey Trans: Manual Mileage: 111,700 Price: $4500
This is a clean, well cared for Saab 900S. It was recently at a Lexington import shop and the owner said they’d never seen another 900 there that was as nice. It has power windows and mirrors. Heated seats. Moonroof. Tinted windows. New water pump, fuel pump, and CV axles. Tires in great shape. If you are wanting a 900, this is the one. I no longer have a garage to keep my 900 out of the weather and I’m short on space in my driveway, so (sadly) the Saab needs to go. The shop where it was recently serviced said they’d be glad to talk to a potential buyer about the car’s condition. More photos available in classified gallery:

The floor was restored and treated with a newer liquid/fiber sound deadener and insulator. The dash was capped, AC is original and cold; Interior is beautiful; headliner is fine, new windshield+seal after it came back for the paint shop. No mechanical, rust, or interior issues. No leaks. I'm selling my 1992 Saab 900 Turbo hatchback, 5 speed, which I have owned since
2005. It runs and drives very well, with new tires, and just passed NY
inspection. Transmission was rebuilt 26k miles ago. Sunroof! No major rust but
the car is starting to show its age. The clear coat on the hood is peeling and
there is some surface rust under the hood. The passenger's side door is black.
The interior is in good condition, with accessory oil pressure, voltage, and oil
temperature gauges, plus genuine Saab rubber mats. The leather of the driver's
side seat is intact but one of the seams has come apart on the lower half. I
think it could be repaired. Other seats and the headliner are fine. Please email
or call with questions. For more photos:

Color: Beryl Green Trans: Manual Mileage: 201K Price: $3,200
Lovely old Saab, Wasabi is her name. With the back seat down it can fit a full
sized futon for camping which is wonderful. With the hatchback open, you can
move a couch. The body of Wasabi is excellent and it runs like a top. Recently
received a pre-sale checkup by Troll Motors with a thumbs up. It has a manual
skylight and a trailer hitch. Last month , Troll motors rebuilt the clutch
that's that's a huge investment So here are the things that aren't so perfect:
Passenger window motor needs replacement, just replaced the driver side so it is
good to go. Auto seat belts don't work so you do them manually, headliner is
pinned up to the ceiling. I have to give her up, tearfully, because I have too
many cars. With the new work, I am asking price above.
