Yes, I suggest you dump the V6 and get a 4 cyldr. engine. Trading the car in on a new/used NG/9-3 would be the way to go. Even if it costs you some $$$ I'm sure you will be better off. The reliability of the V6 is in question. The V6 was so unreliable that Saab stopped making this powerplant! -Rick '94 900 2.3 litre, 5 spd. with 120k miles.
