Be careful. I doubt that the 2 cars have even ONE SINGLE WIRE in common.
The turbo requires an APC solenoid and control unit to be hooked up
properly, as well as an overboost switch and other little things. The
Jetronic control unit is different, not to mention that the old car is LH2.2
and the new is LH2.4 (or LH2.4.2 if 2.3-liter).

First, think carefully about what it would take to make your '90 'S' into a
'90 'T'. Collect all the parts that are different, and hope your 'S' has
the right wiring harnesses in place to take all the turbo things.
If I was to make a list, it would be:
Jetronic ECU.
Injectors.
Fuel Pressure Regulator.
Air Mass Meter (maybe).
APC solenoid.
Ignition module. - Don't even know if the EZK system can be swapped for the
older-style Hall-effect stuff.
Misc. switches.

Then you might be able to transplant the engine/transmission, keeping all
the old and updated '90 control systems in place.

I would do some crazy things with SAABs, but I wouldn't go this far !
Transmission alone could be a simpler swap.

If the '90 has 'ACCII' (with OFF button), then I don't believe you can swap
it out for the ACCI unit. Why this would be desirable is FAR beyond my
comprehension. If anything, I would hunt around for a manual control
retrofit package, and ditch that PITA ACC.

Good luck.
