Procedures for lemon buyback

Hello- I am the owner of a 2003 9-3 ARC with 12K miles on it. Since I have had this car, it has been nothing but trouble. It had to be towed to the dealer the first month because of an electrical issue. The steering column has been replaced within the first month, brakes have been replaced, the engine stutters (supposedly fixed by an upgrade) I have had non-stop issues with the "Distance to Empty" gauge which has been in for service 3 times and still is not fixed, the CD player has gone bad, there is a rattle in the passenger door and right now the car is sitting dead in my driveway because it will not start. The dealer looked at my history and mentioned that I may want to contact SAAB because of all these issues and pressure them to take care of these issues. My question is how do I go about this and do my problems seem serious enough that I have a credible claim? The thing that upsets me is that this car only has 12k miles. I am so sick of this car I have vowed never to buy another SAAB again, however, if they work with my I would do about anything to get rid of this car. Any suggestions?
