'02 B205R problems in a '00 B205L car, advice please

Hello All,
Long story, but I had to replace my engine, and after doing so, still encountered some problems.
Turns out the engine I put in is a '02 B205R, not a '00 B205L like I was told.
I get low boost for the first few mins after the car is turned on, and it's just not running like it should.
Saab Dealer says they compared part numbers, and here are the differnces:
ECU
Fuel Injectors
MAP sensor
Throttle position sensor
I don't want to put in a new ECU (lots of other problems then, like new ECU will want trac control, etc)
Changing out the Throttle position sensor isn't a big deal, and I could live with the MAP sensor. But the Fuel Injectors are $$.
Does anyone have any experience with the new/old injectors? They are a different part number, but wondering if they are different really.
This dealership isn't the best at giving answers, they already told me to replace cat converter (did with aftermarket) and that wasn't the problem, $800 bucks for nothing.
I'm at another $800 for them to tell me this new stuff, so I'm looking for advice here, I've spent about $10,000.00 (yes you read right) in parts and repairs, since this all started and just want my car working again. This has been a real nightmare.
thanks.
