My car is of the past century (1999) and it came without a navigation system. My wife's 2003 non-Saab car, on the other hand, came with a very handy turn-by-turn system that has gotten us out of trouble on more than one occasion.
I have a doubt and I count on my fellow Saabers to be able to solve it for me.

When the stock 205/50/16 tires/rims are replaced with winter 195/65/15,is the Navi System off due to the size difference?

If my math is correct, each revolution will translate into a couple more inches of distance covered on the road. But, won't the GPS still be able to pick up the exact position of the vehicle and place it on the map?

I suspect some of the speed-related data will be off, but I would be happy to have the right directions.

Your comments/suggestions are appreciated.
