Hi there,
after all these news I decided to order a new one. Will be shipped on Tuesday. We also hooked the TechII and found a considerable amount of knocking on cyl#1. About three times more than on the others. I don´t know in which time frame, because the ECU might have never seen a reset.
Anyhow, I also ordered an OBDII to be independent from the Saab Dealer.
Stupid they are, because I explained the whole story and got no response or support. It was me that adviced them to check the knockings!

Thanks to all folks on this boards for the information! Great community.

I'll keep you posted about any news.
