Is Parchment interior hard to keep clean?

I just came back from the dealer and although I am waiting for the Arc to appear (sometime in April, so they said), I was trying to decide what interior color to get. They had both the Parchment and Grey on the lot, and my current car has a charcoal interior, so I am leaning toward the parchment for a change of pace. Also, with the wood trim of the Arc, I think the parchment leather might look better, although I'd have to see one in person to be sure.

My concern though is being a lighter color, is it hard to keep clean? Also, the headliner is the same light color, regardless of the interior color. I'd hate to get the beautiful parchment interior if it starts looking dingy and requires constant cleaning. I take good care of my cars but I don't want this color if it's high maintenance.

As for the exterior color, I am thinking Silver, Polar White, or Steel Gray. My current car is black and although it looks nice, it's impossible to keep clean, and when you wash it, it still looks dirty because of the hard water spots. The car I had before it was white, and I wasn't sure about getting such a boring color, but it looks pretty good on this car.
